At the end of January, DBCE bid farewell to Managing Director, Ian Mcleod. As Managing Director, Ian established the Dry Bulk Centre of Excellence (DBCE) and launched the Dry Bulk Management Standard platform.
The DBCE Board of Directors would like to thank Ian for all he has helped achieve and wish him continued success in the future.
DBCE is moving forward under the stewardship of the established Board of Directors. To ensure the continued smooth operation of the organisation during this transitional period, the Board of Directors has put interim measures in place to support the day-to-day activities of DBCE whilst a permanent replacement is being sought.
